  Our client, a very successful import/export company who distribute products in the UK and in Europe, based in Fleet, is looking for a Sales Administrator. Role to include but not limited to: Helping the PA to the MD with the day to day running of sales admin. Typical duties being: Order processing Maintaining records Invoicing Filing Taking phone calls into and making calls out of the office Tracking of consignments from suppliers Liaising with suppliers and customer alike via telephone and email Preparing the end of month spreadsheets while liaising with our accounts department to enable them to keep track of when payments to suppliers will be made. Having the ability to work with Excel is ESSENTIAL whilst also working with the Microsoft packages. Offices hours 9:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch Parking provided on site. Strong Excel skills including formulas Previous Sales Administration experience This would suit someone from a Sales Administrator, Sales Order Processing, Sales Support background.
