||Our client is seeking a sales administrator to provide commercial & operational support to National Account Managers and Business Managers within a designated sales territory. Support the delivery of key business KPIs within territory and be a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
Manage pricing process for assigned territory
Ensure accurate & timely pricing for accounts within territory
Key interface with clients customer services, managing operational and customer queries
Work with supply chain to ensure visibility of supply cover for account forecasts
Ensure appropriate account forecasts are uploaded and aligned to correct levels
Deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis based on territory needs
Manage inbound / direct customer queries
Make outbound customer queries and follow up where instructed
Review customer ordering and service levels
Demonstrate business management skills to ensure adequate planning and timely administration
Comply with all legal and code of conduct requirements of the company
