||Working hours are shift based, 8.30am – 4.45pm and 9.45am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday with Saturday working 9.00am - 12.30pm on a rota basis.
This role involves contacting customers who are struggling with repayments on their loans. The focus on this role is customer service, and quality of communications. Targets are focused only on quality, rather than financial recovery.
Due to this, we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service experience. Ideally, this will involve telephone experience, but candidates with face to face only will not be discounted.
Being able to demonstrate instances where complaints or difficult conversations have been handled in previous roles will be highly advantageous.
Full training will be offered in this role. This will include class room based learning, before being coached in the working environment. Live calls will not be experienced until the team manager is comfortable that the person is ready.
Communication skills are at the forefront of this role. Candidates must have the confidence to ask more questions, and gather as much information as possible, sometimes under pressure from the customer.
